Go to your Blogger dashboard and click on "Posts" to create a new post or edit an existing one.

Click  "Insert Image" in the toolbar.

In the pop-up window, click on the "Choose files" button and select the PDF file you want to upload from your computer.

Once the file is uploaded, you can choose to add a title and alt text for the image that will be displayed for the PDF link.

After adding the title and alt text, click on the "Add selected" button.

The PDF file will now be inserted into your blog post as a clickable link.

To link the PDF file to a specific word or phrase, highlight the text and click on the "Link" button in the toolbar. In the pop-up window, enter the URL of the PDF file, which can be found by right-clicking on the link and selecting "Copy link address" from the dropdown menu.

Finally, click on the "Update" or "Publish" button to save what ever changes you have done.

Note: If the PDF file is too large to upload directly to Blogger, you can upload it to a file hosting service like Google Drive or Dropbox and then link to it from your blog post.
