Methods of combining Date and Time

 

There are various methods available to combine date and time, here I have listed 3 methods to combine date and time.

Methods :

1.      Using SUM Formula

2.      Using TEXT Formula

3.      Using CONCATENATE

Following example, we can combine Date & Time

Method 1 :

Using SUM formula

Method:2

Using TEXT Formula

=TEXT(Value, format text)

Method:3

Using CONCATENATE Formula

= CONCATENATE(text1,[text2],…)

Above 3 method you can combine date and time .

Note : While using formula respective time format will not get so you need to change required date and time format under Home -> Numbers -> More number formats -> format cells ->  Click Custom -> Select required format, screen shot for your reference

Suppose if it’s not available respective format in your system then you have to type required format under Type field like below then give as OK.
