How to Get Job in Dubai? As a fresher

About Dubai 

Dubai is a center point of business in the world. It’s located the country of United Arab Emirates.Here most of the people are from outside countries and majority of the people from India and Pakistan.Information technology (IT) companies are less so night shift duty is lesser in Dubai while compare with  European countries. If you have a business plan then easily promote your business here and within short term duration you can earn more with smart way.

Below are my experience, I am sharing with you for new comers coming to UAE for searching Job in tourist & Visit visa

Requirements for getting Job:

1.       Minimum qualification 10^th standard

2.       Original passport

3.       Little field experience in your home country Otherwise known friends reference in UAE those who are working already here

How to get Job?

1.       Through reference you can get

2.       Pay money and get :  But majorities are fake so don't loose your money

What Employer Expecting from Candidate:

1.       Should possess knowledge in the field

2.       If need white collar job need to speak English fluently with smart physical appearance

About my personal opinion to get Job in Dubai

1.       Not required much qualification

2.       One degree maximum enough to reach Head of the department in leading organization

3.       Adjustment nature

4.       Good looking

Above is required to get job here

My Advice for Job seekers :

1.       What job is getting for you initial stage adopt that one

2.       Once get experience then move to aspired field

3.       Gain reference

4.       Don’t think to move every year one company

5.       Here there is no value for education. Even 10^th studied man or woman can lead a group of degree completed person

6.       Qualification doesn’t speak here. Only reference and working knowledge only speaks

7.       Gain knowledge in your field and progress yourself to achieve your goal

Struggling to get Job in Dubai

Ø  If you are a fresher very struggle to get first job. Suppose if you are coming to Dubai as tourist or visit visa to search the job without having any reference then you will struggle much here.

Ø  Suppose looking newspaper and through job portals if your applying no one will make a call to you and only 2% of people will call you if you applied for 100 job

Ø  Without reference you can’t get first job in Dubai

Ø  If you performed well in interview that also bad here because they think we know well than interviewer, then that also a problem here.- (My view only)

Ø  Here not show your full potential from the beginning that affect your future growth. This vary depends on company 

Ø  Study your environment, study your line manager then pro cast your thoughts

How to keep Resume :

Keep resume for 3 different job designation and apply various post which suits your knowledge and skill. If you try one designation, then you will lose your confidence.

Resume should be front and back and don’t keep much on your resume.

Ex: Suppose you have B.Com degree so you can keep resume for the field of Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, Analyst, Administrator, Accountant, Customer care Executive etc

Motive : Tile suits your qualification, but task will be differ then easily you can get job with in a month.

If you try only one title, then very hard to find job in Dubai.

Language :

English ,Hindi & Malayalam are major language here so if you know these 3 then easily you can get job.

Salary Range based on level in Dubai:

1.       Dubai :  Cost of living is high so salary also high  - Starting AED 3000

2.       Abudhabi  : Capital of UAE so salary will be moderate – Starting AED 2500

3.       Sharjah : Small emirate, living cost lower than dubai so salary also lower than dubai  - Starting AED 200

4.       Ajman : It’s like calm place and like village so salary is low and cost of living and rental also low – Starting salary AED 1500

5.       Rasalkhaima ,Fujairah & Al Ain : These two emirates same like Ajman

Rental for Family and Bachelor Room :

1.       Cheap rental available in Dubai emirate : Al awir, International City, Deira, satwa, Rashidiya-> Staring from AED 2000 ( Kitchen sharing villas) . If you need villas contact this person through whatsapp or call  : +971526878934 ( Broker for giving different rates of villa) 

2.       Majority of working people in Dubai living in Sharjah because rental is very less while compare with Dubai

3.       Ajman,rasalkhaimah places like village so their rental is very low

Education for child:

1.       Education provides equal to all emirates but cost wise Sharjah & Ajman is low cost for school and college educations
